At La Coquí Cooler, we don’t just serve lemonade, we serve experiences. Born from a blend of family, flavor, and Puerto Rican pride, we’re a seasonal mobile drink business bringing handcrafted lemonades, mocktails, and tropical vibes to the heart of Central Texas.

What started as a simple idea, to bring fresh, fun drinks to community events, quickly turned into a full-blown mission to create a brand that’s as colorful as our culture. Our name is inspired by the iconic coquí frog of Puerto Rico, a tiny creature with a bold voice, just like us!

We’re a family-run team led by Jesenia and Mike Alvis, combining entrepreneurship with love for culture, community, and creativity. We involve our children in every part of the process, from squeezing lemons to serving smiles, because this business is about more than drinks… it’s about legacy.
